How to Build Muscle and Gain Weight Without Steroids

What Are Steroids and How Do They Work?

I’m not going to discuss the ethical, legal, or moral implications of steroid use. I’m trying to help you see a New and Powerful Perspective, a bodybuilding revelation, that can help you gain weight and muscle healthily.

In a minute, I’ll use a “tree” analogy, but first, let me give you some terrible news. Genetics has a significant impact in our physical development, which is a scientific truth. Of course, the environment has a role, and while the role of genetics vs. environment in brain development is controversial, physical potential is mostly inherited. There is a limit to how powerful you can be, depending on your parents.

Take, for example, Arnold Schwarzenegger. Arnold was already as huge as a mansion at the age of 19. Arnold’s father was a tall guy with a barrel chest, and Arnold’s sister was a woman of considerable stature. They all had robust bones and were very tall. Arnold had a natural edge over a slender person since he was already twice as big without having exercised nearly as hard!

Everyone’s genetic top limit is different. Many scientists claim that the ordinary person’s beginning strength may be tripled. If I start out as a scrawny 16-year-old with a max bench press of 140 pounds, I may expect to reach 420 pounds after several years of intense training. Similarly, if I’m Arnold and can press 225 pounds at 16, I could be able to bench 675 pounds eventually.

Of course, we’re discussing the absolute maximum, with everything working out perfectly. Few people will reach their genetic potential because to injury, incorrect training, bad dietary habits, or just a lack of desire to do so.

So, how does any of this relate to how to grow muscle and weight? Assume your body is that of a tree. The drugs will make you huge and strong, but you can only climb so far up the tree. The tree has fulfilled its genetic potential, no matter how many steroids are added. Depending on the type and dosage of the steroid, some rise quicker, but never higher.

If you’re starting off incredibly slim, no matter how effective the anabolic steroids are, you’re not going to be Arnold Schwarzenegger until you reach the top of that tree. Miss Piggy won’t look like Raquel Welch if she’s sashaying in heels. Your body, like the tree, has top limitations.

I’m simply telling it like it is. Don’t be tempted to use steroids to grow muscle and weight, especially if you’re a young guy just starting out in bodybuilding. Be mindful of how genetics affects your chances.

Only a few people have the necessary characteristics to become a champion bodybuilder. To provide you higher leverage, specific muscle fibers, optimal muscle length, and other benefits, you must be born with the ideal body proportions. This is something that no amount of training can change.

Not to beat a dead horse, but if you’ve always been the classic 90-pound weakling, don’t compromise your health. Of course, with appropriate training, you can treble your strength and be well above average. Perhaps you’ll win some local bodybuilding competitions. However, you will not be able to overcome genetics. “A man’s got to recognize his limitations,” as Clint Eastwood would remark injectable steroids for sale in the usa.

Even if you could bench press 300 pounds without difficulty in high school and appear to have the correct genetics, I would advise you to avoid the harmful consequences of anabolic drugs. While most bodybuilders appear to recover from negative side effects after the steroids are stopped, there hasn’t been much study done on long-term impacts. I would suggest go for it if you have an illness that the steroids could help with. But don’t treat yourself like a lab monkey only to complete a task that can be accomplished by natural training.

You can experiment with various steroids at any time, but no matter how quickly you rise, you will ultimately reach your limit. Let me now take a brief detour into the science of steroids. I understand this is a bit dry, but I want to give the reader a clear concept of how steroids operate in general. So, now that the formalities are out of the way, let’s get down to business.
